Strategically Positioned.  First-Mover Advantage . . .

MidNet is a development stage company commercializing a security solution for video telephony.

It is expected that market penetration of personal video-based communications from 2005 to 2015 will parallel the growth of Internet and cell phone usage from 1995 to 2005.  Desktop and countertop videophones, home videoconferencing systems and portable videophone devices are expected to be commonplace in as little as three years.  Downloadable video communications software can turn any computing device equipped with a camera into a videophone.

MidNet is developing an environment where all these varying devices can communicate privately with other open, standards-compliant devices.

A key limiting factor to voice and video communications over the Internet is that the calls are using the same environment that is home to viruses, worms, spam, trojan horses and "phishing" engines.  The Middle Network™ provides a safer alternative to avoid these serious threats.

MidNet has a global licensing agreement with Uniloc USA, Inc.  Uniloc's patented "Digital DNA" fingerprinting technology, which uniquely identifies specific devices, allows MidNet to authenticate all communication devices used on The Middle Network™.  Uniloc's technologies are embedded in the network, and are designed to enhance the security and privacy of data transmissions over The Middle Network™.

At some point in the very near future all communication companies will be forced to address security for video telephony. Pressures will be exerted by user groups and by regulators. MidNet's strategy is to make it simple for telecommunication companies to adopt MidNet's security solution, and for consumers to find peace of mind in trusted communications. A security solution of this magnitude is not an after thought; it is essential to the commercial-grade video telephony environment that is currently evolving throughout the world.
